Signs you need a replacement
Rusty water, popping sounds, puddles around the base, or an inconsistent hot water supply usually mean the tank is at end of life. Most residential tanks last 8 to 12 years.
Removing the old tank and installing the new one
We confirm the tank size and existing connections, drain and remove the old water heater, then install the new tank and test its operation. The old unit is hauled away. We use clean PEX and SharkBite water connections where appropriate, with no trenching, basement digging, or gas line work. Most standard swaps are done in under 4 hours.
