- Most residential tests take under an hour, and the water is only off for a few minutes.
- Do I need to be home for the test?
- Only if the device is inside the house or behind a locked area. We need access to the device and its shutoffs.
- Who submits the passing report?
- We do. The passing report goes directly to your Water Authority as soon as the test is complete.
